For PANW Employees:
SEs and Sales Reps can get involved by lending their technical expertise at Fuel events, lead or co-lead local Fuel Chapter groups, and encourage their customers to join Fuel as well as help identify great potential volunteers and leaders. Marketing can promote Fuel membership, events, and educational resources. Any Palo Alto Networks employee can attend Fuel events. If you have further questions, email us at fuel@fuelusergroup.org.
PANW customers and employees should join Fuel because it’s a vibrant, completely free user community. You will receive educational and networking opportunities that expand your knowledge and optimize your PANW purchases. You will be able to develop robust business relationships through events and meetups, advance your learning through key educational assets and demos, and maximize the value of existing product purchases.
Fuel can be used as a vehicle for promoting upcoming launches, customer-facing educational content, Calls for Papers, and upcoming Palo Alto Networks events. To reach out to a local chapter or to Fuel globally, please contact us at fuel@fuelusergroup.org and we will help you in whatever manner we can.
Fuel members are a great resource for case studies and video testimonials, quotes for press releases, customer advocacy, calls with the media and analysts, beta testing, feedback on forward-looking programs and products, and surveys.
Fuel offers three types of events: hybrid (virtual and in-person together), virtual, and in-person. These different ways to get together allow members to connect, expand their knowledge and skills, and network. LIVEcommunity focuses on online forums for education and serves as a self-service support portal for customers.
Yes, membership in Fuel is completely free!

Want to try out a virtual PANW firewall (including a couple virtual servers!) to start your learning process? Have an idea for something you'd like to try at work, but don't have your own test lab to do this? Fuel's Virtual Lab is exactly what you need!
